From Stuck to Abundant
It’s Not Too Late to Start Over
If life feels messy or uncertain right now, I need you to hear me: it’s not too late to start over.
You’re not behind. You’re not failing. You’re just in the middle of a plot twist that’s leading you somewhere better — even if you can’t see it yet.
I took a few weeks off recently to realign the vision for Transformation Passport, and it reminded me of something I want you to hold onto: you can start fresh as many times as you need to. The only rule? Don’t stop.
Why Starting Over Isn’t a Setback
I know how scary it can feel to hit reset. We’ve been taught to see it as failure — as proof that we didn’t “get it right” the first time. But starting over isn’t weakness.
It’s courage.
It’s admitting the old way isn’t working and being brave enough to imagine something better.
Every time I’ve started over in my life — in relationships, in business, in my personal growth — it’s led to a season more abundant, more aligned, and more me than I could have ever dreamed.
A Little Story…
At the start of this year, I whispered a simple prayer: God, I’m ready for a new season in my career. I want to speak. I want to share my story.
And if I’m being completely honest — I also said, I want to be PAID for it. I wanted to expand my business beyond beauty and book real speaking engagements that light me up and make an impact.
Thirty days later, I was invited to speak at an international conference in Turks and Caicos.
Not long after, I was asked to moderate the largest tech conference for women of color — BaddieCon in NYC, August 21–23, 2025.
If you want to join me there, here’s my 20% OFF discount code: TLBC20.
I don’t share this to flex. I share it because I want you to know this: the reason you want something so badly is because your future self already has it.
The Law of Detachment
Here’s the trick:
Ask for it. Write it down.
Release it. Don’t obsess over the how.
Stay in flow and keep living your purpose.
That’s the law of detachment — and it’s real. The moment you stop gripping so tight, the right things have space to find you.
Rest Is Abundance
If you can, take a moment today — five minutes, an hour, or the whole day — and just rest.
Not the “I’m resting but I’m also checking my phone” type of rest. I mean rest that lets your nervous system breathe.
Rest is abundance. Rest says, I trust that what’s meant for me will come.
Retreat Update
Me and my little team are still working hard to finalize all the details for our retreat — and right now, there are over 500 people on the waitlist (!!!).
Want a little secret? I’ve finalized the destination… and it’s Bali in the fall of 2026.
There’s nothing you need to do right now, but I just want you to know how much I appreciate your patience. And to all the new faces here — welcome. I’m so glad you’re part of this community.
Your Turn
If you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure, or afraid to dream big — take this as your sign. You’re allowed to start over. You’re allowed to want more. And you’re allowed to design a life that feels as good as it looks.
Your future self is already waiting.
P.S. The Transformation Passport Podcast is coming back soon! I took a few weeks to realign the vision, and now I’m bringing some of my favorite people on for real, unfiltered conversations you’re going to love.
Oh yea, btw…
